Position Overview
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 16 years of education in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or membership of a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., ICAP, ICMAP)
Required Experience
- At least 20 years of post‑qualification professional experience
- Including minimum 3 years in senior management or C‑Level positions (CEO, MD, Director, etc.)
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and organizational management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Deep understanding of the power distribution sector and regulatory framework
- Demonstrated ability in corporate transformation, change management, and restructuring
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results in complex environments
- Must meet Fit & Proper Criteria under SOEs Act 2023 and Companies Act 2017
Age Requirements
- Maximum age: 62 years as of the closing date (10 June 2026)
Documents Required
- Detailed CV with recent passport‑size photograph
- Copy of CNIC (attested)
- Educational degrees and professional certificates – verified by HEC or relevant body
- Experience certificates from all previous employers
- Two professional references and two personal references
- Declaration on non‑judicial stamp paper confirming Fit & Proper Criteria and no conflict of interest
- NOC if you are a government, semi‑government, or autonomous body employee
